Ziad Rahbany in the Unesco
لم تخضع بيروت أمس
للخوف. لم تسلّم روحها لشبح التفجيرات المتنقّلة. فقد غصّت قاعة
الاونيسكو بالوافدين لحضور حفل <<دا كابو>> الموسيقي الذي قدمه زياد
الرحباني و اوركسترا ييريفان. زياد, من اما البيانو, كان يعلن أنه لا

Ziad Rahbany - B018 Classic
Ziad will be playing every
Tuesday at B0 18 Classic (Sodeco) starting this coming Tuesday 12
March. On guitar there is Rafi, and Walim Itayim. On drums, Emile
Bustany. On Saxophone Nidal Abu Samra> On bass Jean Madani> And Lara
Matar on vocals. The program is made up mostly of cover songs and
instrumentals. Only one or two Ziad pieces will be played.

A Collaboration with Latifa
Ziad has finished
composing & writing the new album for the Algerian singer Latifa,
and it was published in shops. The album is of rotana production,
and it consists of 10 songs and 1 musical track by Ziad. There are 6
Lebanese songs while Egyptian ones are 4.

Ziad Rahbany strikes back!
Ziad, the
political activist, strikes back after years of silence! His newest
public appearance was on Sawt el Sha3b presenting a simple analysis
in a sarcastic way of the current lebanese situation. The propaganda
behind "14 march movement" and the "war on terror" were the main
subjects. He also pointed at some "revolutionary leaders" like Nayla
Maawad and Elias Atallah.
